Jenn Gruber is a life coach who specializes in life transitions and family relationships, with a special focus on supporting adult children as they navigate the complex realities of caring for aging parents. She created Supporting Your Parents in Their Next Chapter to help people move from overwhelm to clarity — equipping them with the tools, mindset, and plan they need to support their parents without losing themselves in the process. Jenn's work is rooted in practical planning, clear communication, and healthy boundaries — all delivered with warmth, compassion, and deep respect for the emotional weight of this season.


Through her coaching practice, Jenn offers one-on-one and group support, facilitates thoughtful conversations around sensitive topics, and helps clients find more connection and meaning in the midst of change. 


A graduate of James Madison University with degrees in Psychology and Communication Arts, Jenn earned her coaching certification through iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching) and is recognized by the International Coaching Federation as an Associate Certified Coach.
